Aaron's grades are due tomorrow, so I didn't get today "off." Shedding 12 lbs of costume meant--what else?--another costume. The outfit for the evening was the ribbon skirt with the sequined butterfly top. Drum Corp International Southeast Championships. Say that to any former band geek and watch their eyes light up. Marching band is part sport, part art form, mostly insanity, and all about love.
