At Timegate Con this weekend, there were two full-size Tardises. Z was very precise that, since he was dressed as the 11th Doctor, he couldn't hang out in the 10th Doctor's Tardis. I wore the Lizborg Saturday afternoon, and it was a screaming success once again. I will have to do some re-engineering on the mask, however, as it was giving me a headache from where the coin cell battery case pressed against my forehead. I don't recall it being so uncomfortable at DragonCon. :(

I've made my parade puppet modular, so it can break down for easy transport and storage. It consists of a backpack with a yardstick coming out to support the head, a pop-up hamper for the armature, and the puppet itself, which has to be draped over the whole thing and impaled on the sharpened stake coming off the yard stick.
