So, since I need another costuming project like I need a hole in the head, I decided the White Witch's wand (try saying that fast) needed...something. Like...runes! Yeah

There are still Zoroastrians in modern Persia. Not a lot... iirc, about a hundred thousand left in the world. So, if you're ever traipsing through Iran, in this costume, you should encounter more than a few people who can read your wand :-)
