What I made for Sunday:

A turkey breast Neil received for Easter that had been in the deep freeze.  It was very large.  For a breast.

A pot roast in the crockpot.  Tenderness divine.

Mashed potatoes that my mom mashed.

Sweet potatoes.  Quite tasty with brown sugar and marshmallows.

Stovetop stuffing my sister made.  Just one of those things we like. :)

What are squash rolls?

They have butternut squash in them, and they are full of flavor, moist, and a beautiful orange.

If I can get it from my mother. LOL It might be a bit, though! She has chemo everyday this week, but she'll be home next week. Had a thought, though. My sister might have it. I made them a long time ago, but they just weren't mom's, so I haven't made them since. I'll see what I can do. :)
