Thank you very much for this post! I've almost believed it was a good offer.

She 'wrote':
"Meanwhile, I will have to confirm your security deposit in advance as an assurance of your seriousness towards my apartment, as this will be for a reservation of my apartment, before coming to view and hand over the property to you and the keys. I would like you to understand me in this regards. I was twice a victim of fake tenants who made me waste time and money by traveling down, and finally they never showed up, despite all the promises and some even showing me letters and contracts of confirmation. I believed and traveled, but only met ghost. This happened twice, and I have vowed that such will not repeat itself again."
