I found an interesting article in Newsweek at Zif's doctor's appt today. Yes, I know Newsweek is biased and uses sensationalist tactics and they have horrible writers, but sometimes their material is thought provoking nonetheless. Australia's really cool. The people are super nice - especially the family we're staying with. They're all really athletic, and there are two tvs set up in the living room so that multiple sporting events can be viewed at once. I think they might train Olympic athletes or something? In Australia! It was a really long trip (almost a full day) and I didn't really experience Thursday due to the travel and time change, so I get lost a day (that I'll get back on the way home) in the process. I'm in a fabulous daze of pain medication. My super awesome dentist who discovered a massive abscess in my sinus cavity has also found a tiny (currently assumed benign) tumor in my lower jaw, and I've been dealing with a lot of general dentist stuff which sucks - but is good because I constantly worry about the health of my teeth.
