So, I show up at 7:00 on Friday as a volunteer to serve alcohol at the monthly party to celebrate the arts in my sleepy little town. Dinner party in two hours...I've got the ingredients for boat drinks, strawberry pies are in the oven, kobe beef is all set, fresh asparagus and rice consomme...Oh, and enough beer and wine to choke a horse! This is going to be delicious if not altogether relaxing.

Let's see...get up at 6:00, work 13 hours and come home. Get two hours rest and then drive to DC for what will probably be another 11 hours straight. Depending on when we get home from that, may get an hour of rest and then back to work for probably three or four hours. It kind of takes the fun our of things. So, we've been working on some improvements on some restaurants around DC for the past couple of nights...which is pretty darn cool work.
