Ok so there was a festival this weekend called the Sakura Matsuri here in Brooklyn at the Botanical Garden in NY. BUT after a whole week or so in getting the things we were supposed to do our DGrayman but in mandarin shirts, it was me as Kanda, I had a Lavi, Lenalee, Komui and Tyki

You know what...crap like that is what drove me away from going to my local con here because of the people I would associate. There would always be shit happening - ALWAYS and it would climax on Saturday. One year, I left their asses AT THE DAMN HOTEL and went home.

This year I'm going for the first time in like 7-8 years and I'm hanging out with COMPLETELY NEW PEOPLE - none of the old ones since I don't associate with any of them except for 2, but they're not that much into anime, so...*shrugs* So I'm excited to go and hope everything goes well and I can ACTUALLY HAVE FUN this time.

It was completely immature of them. Actually I think immature might be too big of an understatement. I didn't realize what was going on until Niki called me and told me to call Donna. And then I got told that they were going to come pick up me and Chris. So I asked Chris what was going on and he explained and I had a "WTH SERIOUSLY!?" moment. To get even Chris mad and highly upset 10 minutes in, then you know it was some unnecessary mess.

I seriously wanted to leave halfway through, but I felt obligated to stay because of Michell and slightly for Danni since bailing out on things isn't my style. But the thought was soo tempting. What makes this even better is, Danni wanted all of us to eat together. (Which I pointed out the size of the restaurant in the beginning and how that was going to be a problem, but who listens to me right?) After we dropped you off and walked back, Danni and her half was already seated but the rest of us had to still wait to be called. 10-15 minutes later or so, we get seated and we're seated towards the back

Hmm that have happened to me also.
That is why I do not hang in big 'groups' anymore. Not when I cosplay, not when I'm at a lolita meetup.

It's allways some freaking drama and I hate the fact that someone else is trying to rule over my 'free time'.
