He leaned back, a wicked smirk on his face. This was going to be fun.

She had to admit that she was very attracted to him. He had a chiseled jawline, beautiful eyes, and a sweet smile. And of course, he was obviously a business man.
She quickly cleaned the plate, and went back to his table. "What can I get for you?" she said with her most flirtatious smile, and sweetest tone.

Sadly, Marcus thought with a glance at his watch, it would have to wait. He'd have to choose between entertaining himself with the lovely waitress or attending the meeting with the Reza clan, and since the latter had talons for fingers and short tempers, the choice was an easy one.
He wanted to go slow with this one anyway, to savor every step. Who knew, perhaps he could fit her into one of Wolfram & Hart's grander schemes.
Pasting his most charming smile onto his face, he leaned forward, pretending he was just reading her name off her name tag. "Well, Ana, I'd love a cup of coffee and a muffin." When he saw her face fall slightly, he shot her a sympathetic smile. "Boss is waiting. You know how they get."

"Do you need these to go, or are you going to be eating them here?" she said, hoping she didn't sound too eager that he'd stay. He obviously had somewhere to go, but she was enjoying his charm.
She warned herself not to get too close. She'd been down that road before, and ended up with a work-a-holic jerk who wanted her as arm candy. He couldn't be like that, she thought to herself as she tried to read his face for an indication that he was as into her as she was him.

He ate leisurely, every now and then tossing a casual glance at her. She pretended not to be watching him, which was good. It only added spice to the game. Polishing off the last muffin, he left a generous tip on the table and headed for the exit, shrugging on his suit jacket as he went.
