So, The Rite of Sol has closed. It's always a little rough returning to the office after a theater run. And this run went very well, which makes coming back similar to awakening from a beautiful dream and finding yourself in a particularly dull corner of the "real" world

Well-- I for one am happy to welcome you back to LJ. Its been pretty quiet-- many have moved accounts to Dreamwidth (I just post in both at the same time myself.)

I totally understand about needing a change to your career. The good thing is, even if they did give you "a break," you can use your new experience to enhance what you apply for this time around.

It's good to have you back! Facebook is really useful when you are, say, promoting a theatrical production and want to reach a large audience. It sucks mightily for having any quality communication with anyone. Not many of us dust bunnies left on LJ. Now that others are using it again, I plan of checking it more often!
