Mostly I was looking for someone who had actually built experimental versions of these HHO devices and seeing what kind of test results they had. Yeah, those people are also anti-vaccine nuts. The sad thing is how much attention they get, but they're crazy.

Mythbusters did an episode where they tried to build an HHO system, I think.

These HHO systems just make the car run too lean (or increase fuel consumption if the O2 sensor isn't messed with) and never put out the required volume of gas necessary to reduce fuel usage anyway.
