Crazy people
So last night I was looking up stuff on that old "water into gasoline" scam and came across several sites and some youtube videos. Mostly I was looking for someone who had actually built experimental versions of these HHO devices and seeing what kind of test results they had. I jumped ahead to his last video and the first half was all about some bill in the senate that needed to be stopped.

So I went looking up the bill itself for real information.

The part that disturbed me was the first few google search result pages for the bill was that govtrack link and all of the rest were pages like the first one, talking about how it needed to be stopped. Reminded me of the "water to gas" pages I read earlier how they talk about the oil companies undermining this discovery.
