Plugging along
I'll reach page 100 tomorrow, which is always a relief. I never feel as though I'm really in a book until 100, and everything I write after that always goes faster and smoother. I hear my characters, and their voices aren't completely solid until I've written a good deal of dialog ( Read more... ) -

I haven't responded to comments or blogged again because my laptop is broken, my desktop is reserved for work and work alone, and we've had sporadic blackouts for the last few days. But I'll return! (Unless we have more blackouts or my page count beats me to a bloody pulp). -
This is odd
So I called my dad this morning to wish him a happy birthday. We share the birthday and have a little routine we do each year, where he makes a lame joke and I laugh. He's 82 today, and he had some news. Seems he and his girlfriend got married. Yeah. Go Dad ( Read more... ) -

CM gets some love!

Now what I love about Masterpiece (despite my dislike of Alexander as Colonel Sanders)? When Reid is doing his whole golden ratio thing, and Garcia puts up the image of the pendent, Reid says, "Wonderful," and it's a mirror of what his mother says to him in Revelations. I adore that kind of continuity and detail. :) -

So the CMF blog is on indefinite hiatus. That's why it's scary to focus on one person as I don't even know what, but someone who has aligned themselves with CM and the production folks.
