Montreal

It looks like I'm going on a road trip to Montreal for Memorial Day weekend. I've never been to Montreal before and neither has the friend I'm going with. Does anyone have advice re places to stay, things to do, places to eat?

P.S. The talk I had to give today is over, I breath a great sigh of relief :)

I've never been to Montreal, so I have no advice... have a great time though!
