Wow! Quite the adventure! Glad you made it to In and Out. There was one within "Walking" distance of the area as well, just by the airport. Double Double, Animal style FTW. Apple is overrated. :)
One Infinite Loop was about what I expected it to be. All it cost was bus fare and a little bit of time.
I figured if there was a time to tour the area, there's no time like the present. Also made for convenient cover story for those not interested in the main event. ;)
Your definition of "walking" distance is certainly different than mine. My lazy buns were much happier having a bus or train do the heavy lifting. Speaking of buns, I had my In & Out burger with just cheese and a little ketchup. Maybe someday I'll try it with sauce.
Understood on the cover story. :) And Sushi was walking distance too, especially needed afterwards to make me feel I had some sort of excuse to eat myself stupid. :) Double-Double Animal style with Animal Fries and a double Shake FTW. 2400-odd calories of artery clogging bliss.
