{What I want to eat when it's summer}
Finally it's summer season~~~! If it's about summer, it's absolutely unagi! It's even Shizuoka's local specialty, and every year in this season I go to eat it with my grandmother. There eating swellingly, getting stamina, I surmount the summer! When I was doing karate, it was easy to suffer from summer heat fatigue. Because there is a big competition in the summer, there was practice day after day. In the midway, the eyes are blank and the mouth is partly open... it became that kind of feeling (laugh). Because of this unagi I felt that I could surmount it.
{Is this only me? I like the combination of these foods}
I have splendid repertoire and information about this. My recommendation is "related to tonkatsu (pork cutlet)" The {combination} of taking the shiso used for dried plums and letting it dry and making it small, you put in tonkatsu and eat, it's making you feel refreshed and it's delicious. If I experiment with that, "You did well Hokuto!", I will definitely shout in my heart (laugh).
{If it's this, I can cook it! My pride in cooking}
Making food from the ingredients that are there is my pride. The other day, there was kikurage (cloud ear mushrooms) that were made the day before, with that and japanese style dashi (japanese soup stock made from fish and kelp) I tried making an omelette. Ocassionally with that consistency of the food, it's quite good.
