Q1: What made you sentimental recently?
Hokuto: I watched the movie that Kusanagi Tsuyoshi starred in "Ballad: Namonaki koi no uta", the story was great and really moving! When I watched that I got a painful feeling unintentially. From the start I always liked the anime and watched it since I was small. Understanding this movie I've come to like it more and more.
Fuma: There is nothing I think... Basically my feelings aren't moving up and down, because I'm always stable. However, there has been times when I was deeply moved emotionally. When I was messing around with a few of my friends in school and made the teacher angry, he asked "Who is at fault?", everyone answered "Everyone!" at the same time. Because our bond is strong I got a bit moved. Off course I reflected on it too!
Kento: The butai I saw before this, "Shounentachi koushi naki rougoku". There were a lot of matters that made me think, in the laughing scene my chest became weirdly painful. I thought it was a splendid production. I'm really not emotional. There was also a scene with a roar of laughter. The shower scene was a shock. That left the johnny's reputation... It's a hesitant scene I think.
Yugo: A while before this my high school had a culture festival. My class made matching t-shirts and neared the appointed day with high spirits, but in the blink of an eye it ended, "Time flies by when you have fun", it was a sad feeling. It was a short time, but I'm happy that I made many good memories!
Q2: When you're feeling sentimental, which song do you want to listen to, and which drama do you want to see?
Hokuto: NEWS's "DREAMS" maybe. It's a ballad and about proceeding in facing ones dream, that kind of feeling and message, it's a strong and famous song! Everytime I listen to it I think "It's a good song~" and get heartidly moved. If we were have to our own concert someday, I really want to sing this song. If that happened I would sing with all my heart and spirit!
Fuma: Because I rarely feel sentimental there isn't any, but it would be a ballad, right. Listening to a sad song when you're sad would make you totally immersed in it (laugh). Talking about ballads, I like KAT-TUN's "BLUE TUESDAY". Ocassionally I want to listen a lot to it. Maybe I get a bit painful feeling when I listen to it.
Kento: Arashi's "Love Rainbow". When I listen to the first and last song lyrics, I wonder what has happened with the two people from the past. Even if it's a song or a drama, I prefer when you have to guess the outcome rather than knowing what happened. I like how Matsumoto-kun sounds and looks cool when he sings that song. If it's about drama, I liked the painful feeling in the chest when watching "suna no utsuwa".
Yugo: Arashi's "Kitto daijoubu", the lyrics are really about looking forward, you get happy when listening to it. There are times when I feel worried and when I listen to this song I get enpowered. It's amazing how each members different personalities come out stedily through their voices. I also want to become a person that sings songs that make people happy when they listen to them.
Q3: Who is most sentimental of the members?
Hokuto: Maybe it's Kento-kun. He's making his surrounding friends important, the feeling of a companion, to us that give him a lot of thoughts, he would unintentially tell us to be quiet and cry, I think he is a person with that kind of gentleness. He is undoubtedly genuin. Off course I'm also making my friends important. Because the graduation ceremony is coming soon it can't be helped that I will become lonely...
Fuma: There isn't any I think. When Nakajima is finnishing drama shooting he is crying out loud, last year after the kouhaku singing match had ended I was moved and about to cry, but I didn't feel sentimental. If the four of us get the chance to do a concert, if we achieved that, we would solemnly think "We did our best"... maybe!?
Kento: This is... me probably. Because I am a person that gets deeply moved I often cry. Recently, on "SUMMARY 2010", there was a time when we celebrated (Nakajima) Yuuto-kun's birthday. The deeply moved Yuuto-kun started to cry and by watching that I was about to cry. It was Yuuto-kun's birthday, so I don't understand the reason for me to cry. But I endured it with tsukkomi to myself.
Yugo: Hokuto is sentimental, a sensitive person. When he feels down he also clearly shows it with his behaviour, so it's easy to understand (laugh). At those times I just meet him gently and wait for him to recover. By the way, I personally don't get sentimental usually, but on the last day of "SUMMARY" I experienced a welling of feelings.
Q4: Tell us your recent state!
Hokuto: It's been a short while since "SUMMARY" and I'm too much immersed in lingering memories (laugh). It was really hard with 56 shows and a lot of various difficult things, but if I look back now I think it was a really great experience. In order for B.I. Shadow to become the main in a performance like that we must become a group that is more steadily doing a great effort.
Fuma: In school I'm in a band and we're doing our best practising. But because we're only doing it in school it seems like club activities. By the way I'm doing vocals. I wanted to play guitar, but I was half forced by my friends to do vocals (laugh). But having fun like this, I'm coming to like that more than school. Because it's fun after school I'm also able to do my best in lessons (laugh).
Kento: "SUMMARY" has ended and school has started. The time when we yelled "Let's go!" everyday seems like a lie that I'm saying goodbye to in these peaceful days. But I like school. I like the english teacher, that influence made me like english. Before this, I passed the english proficiency test level 2. I did my best. Because the new term started we changed seats, and my seat became the second from the front... (laugh).
Yugo: Before the summer, me and my friends were always saying "Let's go to the amusement park", and recently we finally did! The day before, I stayed at a friends house, but with all the tension rising it became an upproar and we weren't able to sleep at all (laugh). In the end, the first thing in the morning we went to the amusement park and had fun playing a whole day. It was the best of fun and refreshing.
