Had an excellent weekend, though I do feel it's over too quickly, damn bugger bum shit. On Saturday, some of us went to the Roller Derby! OMG so so so so AWESOME! I'm utterly thrilled with how much you're doing with the word! By all means, continue to share and have fun. Although if I turn up in Australia one of these days, I totally expect a batch of fresh-baked fuckersnaps as a reward!

(I find out what country I'm off to Friday. Won't be Australia, but could be the general vicinity, in which case expect me to bring whiskey or whisky, depending on availability. Or London, in which case I'm buying way too much wine and spending a weekend writing and drinking with Cenea. I'm convinced that the two of us drunk at the same time will produce either genius or the end of the world.)

Yay! By all means, the fuckersnaps are waiting for you. Well, the hypothetical fuckersnaps are waiting, real fuckersnaps do not last long before they are nommed. Do you have any dietary requirements?

I do also drink wine, but I won't say no to a nice whisky! And it is getting a bit colder now (well, by Australian standards), so it's starting to feel like the perfect whisky-drinking weather. :D I am trying not to build up too big expectations, otherwise I'd just be too excited about meeting you and if it doesn't happen (yet), then I'd be severely disappointed (and also exceedingly jealous of you and Cenea hanging out together. If these places were closer then I'd drop by myself...) Ah, I guess we'll see!

How long would your posting be? What d'you mean by 'general vicinity'? Do you want to meet up in Vietnam in January?!

I'm vegetarian, although not vegan. I've only got one allergy, and that's to insect bites, so it doesn't matter for cooking (as I'm vegetarian and bugs aren't). Whisky would be good, as would wine.

General vicinity may include such places as Vietnam, India, or Fiji. I'd quite like to meet up in Vietnam in January, and possibly buy slightly rubbish motorcycles and ride around together. ;-)

I'll let you know Saturday (as I find out Friday afternoon, then get dragged out drinking).

Insect bites - eep! I grew out of that allergy, luckily. No insects here, Toby eats 'em all! ;)

Will I need to know how to ride a motorcycle first? I 'spose I could learn to ride a scooter in that time - that is something I would possibly do anyway. Or I could just cling on the back behind you!? I wonder if I suggested "Vietnam January" as a random TGS meet-up, who would turn up? That bar, surrounded by all that water... talking crack and slash and drinking beer in a new country! It sounds like fun to me! ;)
