I am sick of making depressing lj posts. The fires are still fucking burning. There's also a danger that Melbourne's main water supply could be contaminated if the fires spread towards that particular dam. This just makes me LOL, I don't know why. It's like could this get any worse? Well, actually, YES! Maybe it'd be the hilarity of normal life

Um. You might not say this if you knew who my new OTP comprised of. And part of the idea behind it is the epic angst involved, the sheer impossibility of the situation. It's basically Brokeback Mountain, but with one faun news anchorman and one, um, PM. And they meet because of the fires. Er. Yes. I don't expect a large - if any - readership, should I eventually write this thing. ;)
