According to the people with drums that we watched in the International Pavilion at the Ex, this means "Greetings, we bring to you." I have a sneaking suspicion that Jess was the first one to recommend GGS to me too. Hmmm, I guess I'll move that up a few notches on the imaginary List of Books I Really Must Read.

The think I have with laptops is this: I read the description and look at the picture and think about how neat it would be... and then I look at the price... and then I start imagining the kind of desktop system I could get for that very same price... and then I realise that I can't buy a laptop. It never fails.

Oh, and I'm not crazy about the lime green, personally.

Heh, my Books I Must Read list is non-imaginary in the sense that it is on my palm pilot, but strangely, I always end up buying books not on it. The thing with the laptop is that it's not about the power for me, it's about the flexibility. I would be very happy with last generation's laptop, I just want the portable-computer aspect. Want it. With the heat of a thousand suns.

As for the lime green, I have to disagree -- the lime green is key.
