Wonderful Weird Dreams
I was deep in a multi tiered dream last night. Not so pleasant this morning.
Had another of my "Gates of Hell" dreams. I'm working as a cinematographer for a guy who's scouting locations for a horror movie he wants to direct, and he wants to explore this abandoned seaside factory with the rest of the film crew. What a pleasant dream!
So weirdly relaxing I woke up twice and went back to sleep - kinda expecting the dream to go 'south' but it never did. I'm looking on a computer for books I backed on Kickstarter (thats its' own thing), when my mother reminds me that I haven’t spent any time with the rest of the family. Well...FUCK!
I specifically went to bed 'raw' tonight. No pre-sleep ritual, or visualization of safe images and allies I've been so good with for so long. I very specifically wanted to dream like I used to dream...and man, do I regret it ( Read more... ) -
Just woke up...
...and the dream's still pretty fresh. People who are dying are trading there faces to a demon in exchange for prolonged life - but that just turns them into faceless, unkillable zombies. I've gotta start doin' this again...
Well, it's been five more years. Things have been chsotic and crazy more often than not. The Pizza King I've managed for so many years was sold, and hss been a fully corporate entity for more than three years now. Still Pizza King, but nolonger a franchise operation. Another year. Another post.
Gads! Life/Work has once again eaten another year out from under me! Things are going...okay. Drama abounds at work. My personal life is as dry and dusty as a tomb. The only real positives are that work has at least been successful, and that as dim as things sometimes seem...my dreams are still running full tilt ( Read more... ) -

We were burgled tonight. Not 'robbed' but burgled. The store was dark, the money done and I'm getting ready to leave. But it's colder than heck out there (-4) and I need to use the toilet first.
