Since I began address canvassing last week, I've discovered that this is the most pleasant way to earn money I've ever experienced. The work is dead easy, just walking door to door and entering map spots on a hand-held computer with GPS. How does the census deal with homeless people?

They go to extra efforts to count them. They have some sort of system to do that. I haven't been trained as an enumerator, so I don't know the procedure, just that they are conscientious about getting that done even though it's more challenging.
