As delicious as that was, I am even more anxious to read the next bit. What will he remember? And will he want to remember?

Indeed... or will he remember anything at all? Hm. Oh, what to tell you... ;) Glad you're still enjoying it.

I think you put us in a very interesting scenario that is only marginally similar to the Doctor as human in Human Nature/Family of Blood. So much depends upon WHY he doesn't remember and whether or not he'd want to stay human when he's presented with the love of his life and his son who is at least partially Time Lord so he's not alone. I am dying of curiosity to see how this all plays out!

Now, that's a devious cliffhanger! :P It's like it's almost there but almost isn't! :P

And this provided me with a much needed break, so thank you and your perfect timing for posting! :P

This chapter was deliciously written and has to be the most articulate yet real smut I have ever read, especially this bit:
Where had that come from, he thought. What the hell was a celestial waterfall?.
:) So kudos to you!

I'm guessing that Rose is the catalyst/reason to changing back to the Doctor? Hmmm...*sits and ponders*. As is required after reading this story! :P

Glad this gave you a nice break... :) And the smut... well... I have a bit of a thing about smut in that I'm incredibly picky about the sort I read, so therefore I'm just as funny about what I write. I've been told that I write 'smut with a soul', and I kind of like that description. And keep guessing... you may have the answer there, but then again, you may not... ;)

Of a light and a tunnel and a howling like the sound of the universe.

Please don't let it be a train.

Srsly. It's been so sweet, drama would huuuuuuurt. ;o;

But like others have said, I am curious to see what will happen next! And you'd have a more coherent comment from me, but this story and especially this chapter... ngggggh...

Hee! No, it's not a train... ;) And if drama is going to hurt you, perhaps you ought to look away for the next couple of chapters... either that or have a painkiller handy... ;) Glad you're still enjoying it so far, though!

Mm, nice. Makes you feel like maybe, even if he never remembers, they could have something--but it looks like she's triggered something in him. Do go on!

They could have something... and the question remains, will the Doctor be back? Hm. Glad you're enjoying it, though! :)

"He loved this woman. Unreservedly. He’d never felt anything like what he felt with her now; it was as if someone had unzipped his skin and allowed her to slide beneath it."

And it's lines like these that make me keep checking for an update from you! I love how you capture the desperation of feeling between them - even though he doesn't remember where the desperation comes from.

Oh, and the smut was lovely.

((HAPPY SIGH))

One more thing. It's interesting that he doesn't realize that he has two heart beats. That would indicate that a history has been made for him because I'm sure that somebody along the line would have noticed.

Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying it... And the two heartbears thing... It's been raised before, and I will go so far as to say that I'm not going to give a conclusive answer to that, but I have and will continue to intimate that Smith, like all humans, has found a way of explaining that which he cannot completely comprehend.
