Oh, my God! You killed Wilson!

Seriously, this is beautiful and heartbreaking -- in a good way. I think that Foreman and House are more alike than either of them would want to admit. I never thought of the possibility that House would turn to Foreman if he lost Wilson as a friend (to death or other circumstances), but you make it seem completely plausible.

House often says the most when he says very little.

So true.
