You have sold your success a little short :) You lost a pound! Woohoo! And you stuck to your food plan all week! I bet that you had to make some changes to do that. Well done you! And you have plans for exercise next week! Yeah! You are doing it :)

Start small, aim high, make every day a potential for a healthy life. Make the changes you can commit to for the long haul.
