Week 1 stuff

Ok it's end of week one, that I have restarted.
I lost 1 pound making my new numbers 321

I know I didn't do my best, cause I didn't get any minutes of exercise in. But I did have a really good week of calorie levels, all below 1800 calories.

Okay, for this week I am gonna start exercise and do walking, and also get back to Curves at least 2 days of the week. I'm also going to try to get more fruit and veggies into my eating. So here's to a great week. . . . :)
