Musical Tea

After taking a semester off so I could take a forensic science class, which met at the same time, I'm able to participate in the community band at Parkland. Fortunately there were no new 1st clarinetists, so I was able to take my same seat and part back. The music we play isn't overly difficult, so I don't think I'd take the time to participate ( Read more... )

She could still buy you one, but have it be one for work. That way You don't have to take a mug to work each day. Or, she could get you a mini mesh tea pot so you can have the mug at work and then the tea pot at home and have several cups of tea or share with her.

I have the tea pot that I linked, I think in the smallest size. It is really wonderful. I can get about two cups out of it and if you want more you can just leave the loose tea in the mesh and re-steep it. Each time you re-steep you just need to do it for a little bit longer to make it equal strength.

I just leave my mug at work and clean it out between uses. I don't have a lot of room for tea accessories at work. The electric heater and box of tea bags takes out enough room. A strainer and loose tea would take up more room. If I had a larger area it'd be a good idea.
