Has anyone done recent research on point-and-shoot cameras? I find myself often in places where I wish I had a camera but I don't carry around the SLR and our old Sony point-and-shoot is so thick I can't just slip it into my pocket. Slim and under $200 is what I'm looking for. I saw some Canon Powershots on the Amazon best sellers page.

A tea shop opened in Eau Claire late last month; I just read about it yesterday. This morning I went down to Water Street and got a new seat bar. I'd been riding too high on the original one and it was starting to crimp at the bottom. Now I have a longer one that works better for a person of my height. Afterwards I went by the tea shop. Reminder: When working a night shift, don't forget to bring your tea mug.

I bought some Good Earth brand Red Tea, said to be "sweet & spicy". The ingredients read as: Rooibos, Rosehips, Cinnamon, Chamomile, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Orange Peel, Anise Seed, Ginger Root.

Good golly that's a lot of spices. I tried some and it tastes like Big Red gum in tea form.

Tuesday Jessica and I went to Minneapolis to see the Twins host the Royals. But first I got some tea.

It's always enjoyable putting a coin back in your pocket when you find leftover time on a parking meter.

After taking a semester off so I could take a forensic science class, which met at the same time, I'm able to participate in the community band at Parkland. Fortunately there were no new 1st clarinetists, so I was able to take my same seat and part back. Tea Steam Whirl
I took this photo last weekend while Jessica and I were having teas while watching a movie. It was cool outside we had the window open. I think I've been drinking too much tea lately. They've been tasting rather bitter this week. Or maybe I need to wash out my mug better. After each use I take the cup to the fountain, rise it out, and use a paper tissue to rub out the inside and that keeps the mug rather clean.
