I think I've been drinking too much tea lately. They've been tasting rather bitter this week. Or maybe I need to wash out my mug better. After each use I take the cup to the fountain, rise it out, and use a paper tissue to rub out the inside and that keeps the mug rather clean. "More" is a relative term and without having a frame of reference, there is no way to have more without some. In your statement above, you imposed a frame of reference on which to build a relative comparison.

Perhaps you are letting the tea sit too long in the mug and it is stronger than usual? Or the tea is old and the flavors have changed?

Or you could just add some sugar. ;-)

I time it, so that's not it. And some of these teas are in sealed packs. So, I'm not sure what it is. Maybe it's the water. I'm investigating the situation.
