Huh. A swimming pool, eh? Sounds like a lot of work. Maybe you should go jogging instead :3
Fractal geometry? :S -sweatdrops- I hated geometry. I think about 1% of people I know actually understood geometry. You need to have a special brain which I clearly lacked orz.
You may have a point there...but, even so, if I were to jog I'd have to move someplace where the weather is less shit. I have no cold tolerance.
My fractals project was meant as something I'd never seen before: a short book about basic fractal geometry explained in plain English so, say, a ten-year-old could understand. Pretty much every resource I found on the subject was college-level and frustrating to read, so I immediately realized I'd found a niche. *nodnodnod* It's so silly how some subjects are considered easier to teach in a convoluted, confusing manner than a common-sense one. History, too! You would never find me near a history book if not for the interesting bits I read in Hetalia.
I completely forgot about that. I live in Hawaii so it's 70 year-round, but I remember when I went to D.C. in the spring. I thought the weather was downright freezing but I saw people jogging! Unbelievable.
Oh, are you a math person? I'm not OTL I do love history, though! I'm taking APUSH meaning we're really plumbing the deep corners of American history, but I miss everything that's going on Europe. I want to get to WWII already OTL. WWII is kind of my specialty XD My grandfather raised me, what can I say :P
I visited Florida once for a week in the spring. Getting off the plane felt like opening an oven, but to me, that didn't feel so bad. I could put up with that sort of temperature all the time given enough fluids and a working shower at the end of the day. Summer, however, I haven't experienced yet. Like I said, I can't stand the cold, but when it's hot out I feel great!
I guess I am a math person. It's not my greatest skill really, but it was my best class in high school. Math skills came in very handy in junior year when the guy I liked had a hard time with everything math-related, so I could swoop in and help him out. 8'D Good times.
