Thanks! I'm not crazy about how the processed foods (egg beaters and such) are creeping back in, but sometimes easy wins out. And eating whole eggs every day is a bit heavy for my tastes.

Looks like it'll be banana bread insted of chips with lunch. One of the guys at work brought in huge slices. I think I better only eat half, but it oought to be better than chips. :)

Oddly, I'm starting to get bored with the options for carbs. I'm eating a lot of toast lately, and I'm getting tired of it. I kinda want to make small muffins for breakfast, but not sure I can make them small/low carb enough (have to be 15g or less per) without getting into funky ingredients.

Nah, all the options I'm seeing are using artificial sweeteners, which is the real problem. They're not forbidden, I think, but I don't want to use them. Not sure it's possible to hit the carb limit, though. 15g is LOW. I'd probably be better off replacing with a few berries or other fruit instead of a starchy carb.
