Food Diary: Day 6

Ok, let's see if I can keep this going...

Yesterday:

Breakfast: egg beater omelet w/ american cheese, half a plain bagel w/ cream cheese (overkill), 8oz glass of 2% milk, decaf coffee at church
Snack: cheddar cheese and (7) ritz crackers
Lunch: half of Jon's suasage/american/potato omelet leftover from the diner, 1 slice toast (TJs sprouted grain), romaine & cherry tomato salad
Snack: glass of milk
Dinner: Kilkenny's pub in Cranford with folks from church (25 of us!) - a bit of cream of mushroom soup (tasted like potoat instead so I left it) half a serving of shephard's pie, plus a few too many nibbles of Jon's fries w/ curry sauce or vinegar, a couple of pieces of calamari, a few bites of Jon's Bailey's cheesecake, and a decaf coffee

Today:
Breakfast: scrambled egg beat, half a plain bagel w/ butter, glass of milk. Coffee to be at work. Eggs are almost always 2-egg units of egg beaters during the week. It's just easier when I'm not awake.
Snack: Half a peanut butter sandwich
Lunch: veggie & mozz frittata (nom!), salad, 1 oz tortilla chips
Snack: blueberry yogurt (TJs nonfat greek)
Possible Snack #2: string cheese
Dinner: salmon, broccoli, some small amount of startch to be determined.
