Menu Plan for the week

Ok, I have my menu pan for the week ready....


Day 1: Chicken and Peppers with Cauliflower, salad, mashed potatoes (real)

Day 2: Steak, Mushroom, Bok Choy, brown rice

Day 3: Herb Crusted Salmon, add a big salad, couscous

Day 4: Baltimore Hash, broccoli

Day 5: Pork Picatta, brown rice, green beans w/garlic

Day 6: Crock Creole Chicken, with stir-fried zucchini and yellow squash and a green salad; baked sweet potato
