Anticipating an Argument

Maybe argument is too strong. Guilt, a massive guilt trip, though, from my mother. See, our usual Christmas routine is to go to my aunt's for Christmas Eve dinner, stay over at my mother's (about 10 minutes from my aunt), and then spend Christmas Day with my parents. Dude, didn't you grow up Jewish? Explain to me what wouldn't feel odd about Christmas? :)

Typically, my aunt & uncle come over for brunch on Christmas Day, and then they head to my uncle's family for dinner. Breakfast is usually something egg-based, some sort of coffee cake, maybe waffles. This year, Mom's buying bagels & lox. :) Anyway, after my aunt & uncle leave, we open gifts a bit more leisurely, and then later we have dinner.
