Very nice Jo! :) My parents live in a Victorian Terrace and although their street is flat-front (I'd have loved a bay window!) this is very true to the size and shape of the houses.
It looks like it all works really well in-game, lots of nice rooms and no foot stomping areas. :)
Thanks Amy. :) I looked at a lot of pictures and some were flat fronted and others had curves. I would have used white windows, but I left all those things from making Esme's Mac version.
I'd been playing The Raven's row house that I turned into flats recently in my BACC and realized that the back I had altered there was bad foot stomping and sim trapping grounds, because sims will not walk across a basketball area. so it made me want to make something similar that would work better. Here they have room to walk behind it. I only wish they each had their own back door. I believe it is possible as I was reading something about an invisible fence around back door steps in apartments, but I have yet to find it.
This is great Jo! I love the layouts. So much room for an apartment. I like the common area. Such a great place for a family to spend a summer afternoon ;)

I wasn't sure about the ground floor, floor plan; but my brain was fried at the time and I couldn't think of a better lay out. It is roomy though.
