Victorian Row Apartment
Since I've been sitting around with this cold I did some building. There will be no Mac lot now as my lots won't work on them. I may upload a small cc free concert hall from my BACC if anybody is interested.
I was inspired by The Raven's row house, but this one is only two rather than three stories high and is meant to reflect more the Victorian Row style of housing in England.
Only the one on the end is partly furnished.
This version is already zoned as an apartment and the backyard altered to be a common area. This version includes a playground and basketball hoop.
There is very little cc apart from the toddler dragon ride-on, the plastic hedge and plastic flowers. There are some wonky outside tiles, some which you can see in the above picture, but these have been sim tested and they had no trouble walking on them.
