Hey, at least you're putting your sims time to good use. It seems like just the thing for a starter home in a BACC - plenty of space, but everything you really need up front, because having sims make money without a job can get hard until their skills go up.

I may have narrowed down the bad files or if not I'm starting to think it's a game glitch and I might need to reinstall. Nothing crashes when I build though. ;)

I forgot to mention there is just room for a driveway if someone wanted one. That always annoyed me with some of the early Maxis homes when you go to place one and find there was no room. I should also say what size block it is. I think 2 by 3, I'll have to check.
