Seagull Island- Spacious Starter Home
So while my game is still crashing I thought I would do a small build. This is a largish cc free starter home costing $19,956.
It's large enough for a small family. Comes with all the basics apart from a phone and burglar alarm. A phone could easily be purchased by selling a couch or the lounge chair.

Lounge
The entrance was another splurge with the door and stone floor.
Master bedroom
Each bedroom had built in wardrobes which pushed it over budget, I took them out but left the spaces so they can be added later.
The alcove will fit a desk, sewing machine or a cot.
Bathroom and Spare room.
I had an expensive shower but took it out due to the budget and used the cheap one and built the wall past it.
This can easily be changed back again.
The bathroom is also large enough to be cut into two with the bath side becoming an ensuit.
