Seagull Island- Lattice Cottage
Yes I'm in a building mood. :)
This is a small cottage with all the basics. It would suit an older couple or a couple without children. (no burglar alarm)
Should all be Maxis content although I'm not sure on the rug. All my rugs- Maxis or otherwise show up with an astrict.
I removed all the custom content recolours. The master bed is a default so it also won't come with the house.
This house features an enclosed lattice porch and back deck. Would be a great place for hanging plants.
