#009 in my jack/Ianto prompt table "Potassium" as requested by shamazipan. she said she wanted a banana story and she got one.

Synopsis - Ianto wants to replace Jack's daily muffin with somethng a little healthier for his daily dose of potassium, and uses a different method of persuasion.
