oh my fucking god, im exhausted. I worked 10 hours last night and exactly 11.57 hours today. Today really kicked my ass. Last night i was feeling it, i was in my groove, on my game.. i think i spent all my energy last night, so tonight i was definitely not on my game. It didnt go too bad though. We got through it. My voice is shot from yelling out

That's what I love about kitchens too (minus the testosterone)...the fast-paced, high-stress world of the restaurant business! The yelling, the sweating, the satisfied customers...sending out a plate that I have poured my heart into, seeing just how beautiful food can be if you're a perfectionist like me...having an excuse to be a bitch if anyone stepped into my kitchen the wrong way or at the wrong time. Shit I miss it!
