I've added a link to ASTG, Chapter One to the end of this chapter (I actually meant to do it this morning, but was running late). I figure what the heck--why not be an enabler?

Simply Amazing.
I love that you tied it all together with Elias off to meet Peter at the airfield, and the slightest mention of Torchwood and...
You weave quite the tale, and I'm sad its at an end.

Thank you. I'm very, very sad to see this particular story end, as well--I was surprised by how *much* I enjoyed writing these two, especially given my original trepidation at dealing strictly with OCs. I think that Elias and Ruby, like the Professor and Rose, are characters I'll continue to dabble with on down the road.
Actually, I *have* dabbled a bit more with them: I have, um...three short stories written aruond the pair, and those are actually what will go up next. And then a Professor/Rose story for wildwinterwitch. *nods*

And now I'm going to have to go back and reread the series again, you evil woman, you.

Thank You.
(*whines* I want more Elias and Ruby! *whines*)
There's more to come--it's simply that the stories won't be nearly as long as this one :)

Exactly. But of course now you can expect the periodic Ruby/Elias story to crop up, in with the mix of Peter/Rose. *g*
Though I'm probably going to want it from Elias's point of view.
I *might* be willing to do certain chapters or sections, but I've already decided there's no way I'll do the whole thing. I have enough of a challenge with continuity linearly; I can't imagine the nightmare of having to maintain it concurrently *g*

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
Please, sir, I want some more.
Love Elias' problems with partners, and the way this tied right into And So Things Go, where he will finally find a partner he can work with long term!

C'est finis. :/

*g* I rather enjoyed writing an ending that fed, quite directly, into the first chapter of another story. It was nice to gift Elias with that, as it were. Of course, he just has to find a way to avoid strangling Peter in those first few days...

So what's next? Oh, and where will wildwinterwitch's The Case go in the timeline once she finishes it?
*is timeline obsessed*

Which is another thing they'll discuss one night over drinks ;)
So what's next?
You'll find out Thursday *g*
Oh, and where will wildwinterwitch's The Case go in the timeline once she finishes it?
It's within the first two years. You'll see specifically where once I get the timeline stable enough to post an update :)
