What's even more brilliant about this lovely piece of writing is that I saw swankkat's picture of this very scene not a day or two ago... and now here we are all over again!
I adore how peaceful this story is -- it was a great start to my day reading it. It also had a great background plot to it involving Peter's work which was nice... it all fit very well.
It was a beautiful piece!

I can't say *enough* how much I love that picture. It's so *relaxing* a thing to look at--and of course, it's gorgeous.

It took me a fair while to work out why Rose would be in Peter's shirt, but not in the bath with him; work struck me as just about the only reason, although I'm sure there are several others *g*.

That was lovely. I loved Rose just gazing on Peter in the tub and then all the stroking of his hair and head. It was very sensual without being overtly sexual, but just as satisfying as a long smutty chapter. The love between them is so beautiful to see.
