I always hate being kept in suspense when I'm reading a novel--so jumping around makes it easier on everyone. The later fics are up, so you know how things turn out, but you get to go back and read the times where major events happened without having to worry about it being the End of the Road or something equally dire! :)

My most favorite part about this story was your description about the glade. I'm a whore for details, and you just made Rose and Peter's escapade there, seem that much more real. I think I'd quite like to live in Peter's cottage.
Thank you for making Monday so much of a better day! Wonderful job.

Thank you! I love that little glad, and have found that it's a detail that is incredibly vivid in my imagination for some reason. If I were an artist, I'd draw it, so vivid is it--but as I'm not, I'll have to stick with using words to describe it.
As for Peter's cottage? I'd live in it in a heartbeat, if it had better heating ;)
I'm glad I helped to brighten your Monday!

I'm always flattered and amazed and kind of "wow" that other people enjoy the characters, too, and that they are as invested in them as I have become. So...thank you, too, for reading, and commenting, and for loving Peter and Rose as much as I do.

He loved her desperately.
She turned to him after a few moments of silent contemplation, her eyes drifting across his face, and he smiled softly at her. “D’you like what you see?”
“Oughtn’t you be naked when you’re asking that?”
“I am,” he whispered, holding her gaze.
This has to be one of my favorite interchanges between these two. Brilliant as always.
