I'm excited that the fic intrigues you!! To be more explicit, it's heavily s7, with Carly/Amanda, but has a lot of folks from other seasons--pretty much everyone who's ever been a finalist through s7 is in the fic someplace. It is not Cookslash. (Not that I'm against Cookslash, just, this story is not that.) The het ship is Kimberley Locke/Anwar Robinson, with background Chris Richardson/Blake Lewis, and very foreground Ryan/Simon. Oh, and also background Kat McPhee/Chris Daughtry.

I am ALL ABOUT encouraging the Ryan/Simon shipping! It's such an awesome ship. I'm definitely wondering who Simon is going to pull into XFactor US. Ryan doesn't like hosting shows that he doesn't own, but maybe Simon can pull the right strings, esp after Ryan's spent a season on Idol without him.

I came into NA when there was less than a year left, I think - it was whenever Lupin posted about the tattoos on his arm. I'm so sorry I didn't start following it sooner, because it really was so amazing.
