Grading is boring†. Also fandomsecrets is full of paranoid Watchmen snobs (is that redundant?) though someone posted a Rymon secret which pleased me. Besides, sistermagpie can only stay amused trading tweets with me about clown doctors and vampires with wet naps for so long.

†You know how Tolstoy said "Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way"? Papers are the opposite. The bad and mediocre ones are all bad/mediocre in exactly the same way, but the good ones are unique. Also my students don't seem to understand footnotes, despite my best efforts.
