His muscles feel weakish, like they were made of lead and cotton candy all at once. Swimming does that to you. The workout isn't over however. Now heading out to the open mat area, Billy begins his shadow boxing practice. Timing, agility, speed, targeting, shadowbozing is also in your head. Despite his heavy limbs, he gives it his full commitment and dedication... especially with Sifu Lance nearby.
