Well, as usual (or at least more usual of late), Ted is looking for Ralph. Ugh. There was a time when he would have been glad to be seeking out people from his more active years on the Justice League

The mystic communication means John rigged together gives a tug to get his attention.

"Bloody batsignals 'r' us. Who are you lookin' for?"

"Oh great. You again. I'm looking for Ralph. He's got a big nose."

Thankfully, Ralph is also looking for Ted. With a little help, getting hold of each other is only a minor hassle. "Ted! Sue and Jordan have been kidnapped by Perkins. But he wasn't acting like himself apparently. We think the Psycho Pirate is involved with everything... the hidden group, the kidnapping, Jeff, Danette, Geo-Force... I know what kind of car they were in, and I have Jay with me, but we still need to find them."

"Ah. Good. So...your transportation or mine is the question."

"Yours. I was in a hurry so I flew into town, and boy are my arms tired." He doesn't mention that he isn't kidding, gliding takes something out of him.
"But transport aside, we also need to figure out where, and how they caught on. I never did hear a lot about this circle, or where Geo-Force or Danette fit in, other than the whole elemental schtick."

I've been trying to reach Dr. Nancy Saunders at her hotel, with no success. Tanner Kae, also, seems to have disappeared. I do not know if they are in danger or simply in hiding. I do not believe I am overrreacting, however. With Dannette Reilly and Jefferson pierce down, and now Jordan McIntyre, Sue Dibny and Neptune Perkins missing, out leadership has been gutted.

I'm going offline, and plan to be out of Gotham soon. My recommendation, at this point, is to leave, and rendevous in a week at another site.

Ted's phone rings. The private one. Caller ID is blocked.

Blinks and frowns but answers the call. "Hello?"

"Secure?" The growling voice is one of a kind.

Well secure except for the mystical tap John has on all the parties involved. That includes Ted. Maybe this will answer some questions and relieve some bordome.
