"Welcome to Oa, center of the universe and home of the Green Lantern Corps. Most of the planet is barren, but this citadel and its surrounding facilities serve the Corps as barracks, information hub, meeting area - and for those we capture, a prison."

They pass dozens of alien Lanterns on the way down, finally landing in front of an impressive edifice.
"These are the Sciencells - supposedly the most secure prison facilities in the universe. Only one prison break in the last billion years.."
The doors open wide to admit them, and Hal generates a glowing platform to carry them along past the glowing cells until finally they find the one they seek - Lex Luthor's.
