What?

She checks her logs briefly and confirms that they hadn't noted receipt of the presidential order ... because she hadn't sent it.

Her attempts to hail them fail, so she opens a channel to the War Room to make her report.

He listens to the other side, and winces. "Please transmit, I'll relay to the rest of the team. Thank you."

He looks over at Diana and Jefferson. "Wonder Woman, Mr. Vice President...I think you need to hear this."

Jeff turns pale as he listens. And his jaw slackens just a bit.

"Did he say .... Outsiders?" he asks, in complete shock. Not something that happens very often. His eyes turn immediately toward Batman.
